Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026. These terms apply to the CoinChorus website, YouTube channel and Telegram channel ("CoinChorus"). By using CoinChorus you accept them.

1. General information, not advice

CoinChorus summarises what public crypto analysts say. Everything we publish is general information for educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, not a personalised recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset or financial product. CoinChorus has no opinion on prices and does not issue trading signals. The views reported are those of the analysts quoted, not ours.

Nilys is not an investment adviser, a crypto-asset service provider or a regulated financial firm. Before any decision, do your own research and, if needed, consult an adviser authorised in your country.

2. Crypto-assets are high risk

Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile. You can lose all the money you invest. Crypto-assets are generally not covered by deposit guarantee or investor compensation schemes. With leveraged products, losses can be faster and larger than expected. Past performance, and an analyst's past accuracy score, do not predict future results.

3. AI-generated and automated content

CoinChorus is produced automatically with the help of AI. The presenter, Max, is an AI-generated presenter and voice; he is not a real person. Transcripts and extracted calls are made by software and may contain errors. We check that every figure is traced to a quote or to market data, but we do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or up to date. Prices come from Binance public market data and may differ from other venues.

4. Affiliate links

Some links may be affiliate links: if you open an account with a platform through them, we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always labelled as advertising ("Ad", "Affiliate link") where they appear, and they never change what analysts are reported to say or how they are scored. Partner platforms may not be available in your country, in particular in the United States and the United Kingdom; it is your responsibility to check that a service is lawful where you live. There are currently no affiliate links on CoinChorus. Before the first one appears, this section will list each partner platform and its regulatory status.

5. Quoted content and right of reply

Videos, names and trademarks of the analysts quoted belong to their owners. CoinChorus only uses short verbatim quotes, credited by name and linked to the time-stamped source, for the purpose of reporting and commentary; we do not reuse their video or audio. Charts use TradingView Lightweight Charts™ (www.tradingview.com).

Any person named or quoted can ask for a correction, a removal or the publication of a reply. Requests are handled within 2 business days, as described on the contact page.

Under article 6 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 and decree no. 2007-1527, any person named or designated on CoinChorus may send a reply to the publication director, Jérôme Rudel, by email or by post to our registered office, within three months of publication, stating the page or video concerned, the passages disputed and the text of the reply. The reply is published free of charge within three days of receipt.

CoinChorus's own texts, scores, graphics and videos belong to NILYS. You may share links and short excerpts with credit; any other reuse needs our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nilys is not liable for any loss resulting from decisions taken on the basis of CoinChorus content, or for the content of third-party sites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before its courts.
